CharityFocus launches Illinois/Midwest chapter

Hanover Park, IL (PRWEB) July 16, 2003 -- CharityFocus, a non-profit organization based in California has just initiated an Illinois chapter in order to help non-profits needing all kinds of volunteers, including free website creation, in the Midwest.

Nirali Parikh, Chapter Coordinator and founder of the fledgling chapter, said that she wants all non-profits, especially the small ones with little help or money, to contact CharityFocus. She also said that the Illinois chapter has many dedicated technical and non-technical volunteers just waiting to help.

Any non-profit (501c3) needing help can signup on the CharityFocus website at www.charityfocus.org to get the ball rolling quickly.

CharityFocus takes a unique approach - no paid staff members. A common downfall of nonprofit organizations is that their pure intentions are often overshadowed by the challenges for survival. What begins as a way to serve others, very easily becomes a self-propagating system that aims to stay alive at all costs.
