Marci Skeahan joined T. Weiss Realty -- the commercial real estate development and management company -- in 1990, and is responsible for oversight of daily operations, including supervision of office and maintenance staff, leasing and tenant relations, properties and finances. She most recently supervised the opening of the companys latest property, the Melville Corporate Center II.

Skeahan serves as President of the Long Island Chapter of the International Facilities Managers Association (IFMA), and is actively involved in other professional organizations including Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE), and the Chamber of Commerce Regional Partnership. She writes on facilities management issues, most recently, co-authoring a two-part series for New York Real Estate Journal.
In addition to her professional activities, Skeahan is actively involved in not-for-profit and community organizations. She co-chaired the 2002 Family Service Leagues Great Chefs event, helping to raise $200,000 for the Leagues programs and services. Each summer, she and her husband volunteer at a camp designed as a respite for families with members affected by HIV and Aids.
In 2000, Marci was recognized by the leading industry publication, Real Estate New York, as one of the tri-state areas 40 Under 40" leaders in commercial real estate.
