Ingram to Distribute Controversial Hollywood Tell-All Book

Leading wholesaler Ingram Book Group will serve as the primary distributor of the behind-the-scenes story of the sexual bartering and drug addiction in the entertainment industry by Rikki Lee Travolta.

Ingram Book Group (La Vergne, TN) has reached an agreement to serve as the primary distributor of the controversial novel "My Fractured Life" by Rikki Lee Travolta.

The move allows customers fast delivery of the behind-the-scenes story of the seedy side of Hollywood to virtually any bookstore or library worldwide.

Ingram maintains inventory on an estimated 650,000 titles, with additional access to materials representing thousands of publishers and imprints. Ingram Library Services maintains a National Book Clubs Standing Order Program that supplies selections of the Today Show's "Today Book Club," Good Morning America's "Read This!" program, the USA Today Book Club, and the "Reading with Ripa" light fiction program of Live with Regis and Kelly.

Serving an international clientel of bookstores and libraries, Ingram has expanded its customer service center to 24-hour-a-day operation.

"We dont want customers to ever have to worry about what time it is when they want to do business with Ingram," stated Steve Pate, vice president of sales and operations, in a prepared statement announcing the move to 24-hour order customer care and fulfillment staffing.

"My Fractured Life" has been favorably compared to New York Times Best Sellers "Postcards from the Edge" by Carrie Fisher and "If Chins Could Kill" by B-movie actor Bruce Campbell for its honest insight into the underbelly of Hollywood in reviews at Amazon.com, and at Barnes & Nobels bn.com.
