SPRAYING SYSTEMS CO. DEBUTS NEW DOUBLE CLAMP QUICK-CONNECT NOZZLE AT COATING 2003,BOOTH 516 OCTOBER 28-30TH IN INDIANAPOLIS

Spraying Systems Co., the world leader in spray technology, adds a new double clamp nozzle assembly to its Quick-Connect Nozzle System making it the the most complete line in the industry.

WHEATON, IL (PRWEB) July 22, 2003 -- Spraying Systems Co. has added a new double clamp nozzle assembly to its Quick-Connect Nozzle System for the most complete line in the industry. The double clamp assembly features the same easy, no-tool installation of the single clamp, but the extra clamping force handles pressures up to 150 psi. The new assembly also features inlet designs that accommodate 21/32 and 9/16 drilled pipe, eliminating the need to retrofit gaskets or seals.

The Spraying Systems Co. Quick-Connect System offers more spray tips than any other nozzle manufacturer with options for flat, full and hollow cone spray patterns. "Using the right spray pattern for an application is critical to product quality," said Bob Adams, director of sales for Spraying Systems Co. "Poor paint adhesion, corrosion and uneven coating can often be traced back to improper spray application or inadequate pretreatment.

With the broadest selection of spray tips and a staff of application experts to provide technical support, we have a Quick-Connect solution for every spraying challenge -- from pretreatment to finely atomized coatings."

ProMax®-style Quick-Connect spray tips have a patented "winged" design that ensures a no-slip grip when changing nozzles under wet, slippery conditions. The ProMax® material is also chemical resistant and highly durable which virtually eliminates clogging.

The ProMax® Quick-Connect and ball-type spray tips align quickly and accurately with up to 56 of adjustability for more precise positioning of the spray pattern and a reduction in overspray. Optional threaded balls can also accept a wide variety of conventional nozzles.

Spraying Systems Co. will be demonstrating a complete line of spraying solutions for coating applications at Coating 2003, October 28-30 in Indianapolis, booth 516. For operation-specific assistance, Spraying Systems Co. provides its customers with free, on-site Nozzle Maintenance Workshops.

The workshops include an in-depth inspection of a plant's spray operation and training of personnel to detect hidden problems that could affect product quality, cause excessive chemical use or increase energy costs.

With more than 60 years helping customers solve spray problems and experience in over 200 industries, Spraying Systems Co. is the world leader in spray technology. Its comprehensive spray solutions incorporate 80,000 spray nozzles, turnkey systems, spray research and analysis services, and custom fabrication.
