WHEATON, IL (PRWEB) July 22, 2003 -- Spraying Systems Co. has added a new double clamp nozzle assembly to its Quick-Connect Nozzle System for the most complete line in the industry. The double clamp assembly features the same easy, no-tool installation of the single clamp, but the extra clamping force handles pressures up to 150 psi. The new assembly also features inlet designs that accommodate 21/32 and 9/16 drilled pipe, eliminating the need to retrofit gaskets or seals.
The Spraying Systems Co. Quick-Connect System offers more spray tips than any other nozzle manufacturer with options for flat, full and hollow cone spray patterns. ProMax®-style Quick-Connect spray tips have a patented "winged" design that ensures a no-slip grip when changing nozzles under wet, slippery conditions. The ProMax® material is also chemical resistant and highly durable which virtually eliminates clogging.
The ProMax® Quick-Connect and ball-type spray tips align quickly and accurately with up to 56 of adjustability for more precise positioning of the spray pattern and a reduction in overspray. Optional threaded balls can also accept a wide variety of conventional nozzles.
