ROBERT WALTON NAMED CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AT @THOUGHT TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

(July 7, 2003) - @Thought Technology Services today named Robert Walton as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Walton will assume responsibility for day to day operations of @Thought.

Mr. Walton, was promoted from the role of Vice-President Client Services, a role he held for close to a year. In that role Mr. Walton was responsible for oversight of Sales and Marketing activities. In his new role Mr. Walton will take an active role in the overall management of @Thought Technology Services.

Mr. Walton will be instrumental in the selection of his replacement.

Robert Walton received a B.S., in business administration with a concentration in Finance from Fordham University in 2001. Prior to Mr. Walton's work with @Thought Technology Services, he was the Controller for Helicopter Services and Instruction in Fairfield, NJ.

From 1997 to 2002 Mr. Walton was Vice-President responsible for financial management for Aerohippo Corp. of Short Hills, NJ.
