With its blog-by-instant message service already red-hot with teenagers, MindSay has introduced an exciting new feature, MindSay Blog Cards, as a fun and convenient way for members to share their photo, blog, and other online contact information with friends.

The business-card sized MindSay Blog Cards include information such as email, screen
names, URLs, and cell phone numbers, with the ability for members to customize them as much
as they want with things like personal quotes or poems. The cards also include a photo of the
member that can be uploaded to MindSay. "With so many teens on the Internet today using things like email, instant messaging, and now blogs, MindSay Blog Cards are a way to exchange critical online contact information with friends and classmates in a highly personalized and attractive format," said Adam Ostrow, MindSay's co-founder.

MindSay sees many potential new applications of its free MindSay Blog Card service. "Being summer, lots of teenagers are going to be traveling and meeting new people. With our new MindSay Blog Card service, they can easily create and print attractive cards to carry with them so they can quickly exchange accurate contact information and be able to keep in touch," said Brian Klug, MindSay's other co-founder.

Creating MindSay Blog Card is made easy through templates MindSay has created. Members simply need to select a style and input their desired text for their cards and
a PDF file will be generated, perfectly fit to print on standard-size business cards.

MindSay Blog Cards are the latest innovation from MindSay, which has already created a buzz in the blogging world by enabling its users to maintain weblogs using popular instant messaging programs such as AOL Instant Messenger and Yahoo Messenger. Teenagers, already among the biggest users of instant messaging, find the ability to update their own web site through IM extremely convenient, and have fueled the explosive growth MindSay has enjoyed since launching in June.

Ostrow and Klug, students at the University of Maryland, see taking the online experience of blogging and giving it a physical presence in the offline world will continue to drive growth of the medium. "Through MindSay Blog Cards, a lot more of our target audience will become exposed to blogging. Coupled with the ease of updating a blog with IM, we are incredibly excited about the opportunity to turn more people onto the blogging concept," said Ostrow.
