Broughton, a California resident, has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and currently hosts the TV program -- The Fitness Edge Health & Fitness Show -- airing every Thursday at 5:30pm, Channel 20 in Santa Clarita, CA. Cheryl is also a Mind & Body Fitness Speaker, a Health and Fitness writer, a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and is the Commander/Director of the Fitness Edge Boot Camp. Due to popular demand, Cheryl recently developed Boot Camp Getaways" -- a weekend and week long version of boot camp in exciting locations as close as LA and as far as Alaska.
