Total is an 80 year old well established manufacturer with annual sales exceeding $7 million a year. TMIO had been in negotiations with TOTAL for several months and is very familiar with its operations and has visited the plant several times.

(TOTAL") www.totalidentity.com located in Rochester, NY on July 9, 2003. Total is an 80 year old well established manufacturer with annual sales exceeding $7 million a year. TMIO had been in negotiations with TOTAL for several months and is very familiar with its operations and has visited the plant several times. TMIO and TOTAL expect to enter into a Definitive Purchase Agreement within the next three weeks, where TMIO will be acquiring Total in an all cash transaction. TMIO has secured funding for this acquisition from a private lending group.
