Q COMM CHOSEN TO HOST EUROPEAN E-COMMERCE DELEGATION

(Amex: QMM; QMM.WS), a provider of prepaid transaction processing and electronic point-of-sale (POS) distribution solutions, today announced that it was recently selected as one of three Utah companies to represent the state in hosting a European delegation consisting of eleven heads of government or business who are touring the United States to study the role of e-commerce in the U.S. economy.
Q Comm was identified and selected by the Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy along with Franklin/Covey and Novell as one of the states leading e-commerce companies. The European delegation is made up of leaders from various locations throughout Europe including France, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Q Comm hosted the delegation on July 14, 2003 at its Orem, Utah headquarters.
Delegates were offered a tour of the Q Comm facilities as well as presentations regarding the companys transaction processing and point-of-sale solutions for electronically distributing prepaid and financial services through retail environments.
