All New .NET Browser Interface
The new Microsoft asp.NET based browser interface offers the consistent look and feel of the excel interface and features a zero effort -- zero footprint" architecture. CONTROL views are automatically published and available via the web, providing users with the same data update and navigation capabilities available with the Excel interface.
Enhanced Time-Series Forecasting
The optional extension to the existing forecasting capabilities includes a host of new statistical methods including multiple box-Jenkins and exponential smoothing algorithms enabling end users to quickly and easily produce new forecast simulations from existing data sets. The built-in expert system can automatically choose the most appropriate technique for data or users can define the methods within the wizard driven interface.
Dashboard Sheet Objects
By combining multiple views, forms, command buttons and charts from multiple data models into a single object, the new dashboard sheets are destined to extend the power of CONTROL into corporate executive offices; providing analytic scorecards, key performance indicators, exception reporting and real-time performance metrics.
Exception Reporting, Highlighting and Sorting
Powerful new features for exception highlighting and sorting allow users to quickly identify anomalies against user specified criteria using a wide variety of presentation options including cell and row highlighting. All the expected conditional operators are supported in addition to top count, bottom count and range checking functions. Menu driven wizards make the process of defining exceptions and sorts a simple point-n-click exercise.
