Australian production company Ipso-facto Productions wins Silver and Bronze at The 36th Houston International Film Festival.

Ipso-facto Productions latest documentary, Life at the End of the Rainbow" has won the Silver Award for Independent Video at the Festival.

Life at the End of the Rainbow" gives an honest and authentic account of life for people living on the land. Rainbow is a small farming community of five hundred, existing on the edge of the Australian desert. Interspersed with home movies from the 1940s, Life at the end of the Rainbow, gives a pictorial insight into what life is and once was like for the people living there.

Life at the end of the Rainbow received funding form the Australian Film Commission and screened on the ABC in the True Stories slot.

Ipso-facto Productions is currently producing a television hour and a feature-length version of the documentary entitled In the Shadow of the Palms -- Iraq". Un-embedded" and unfettered it was shot before and during the war, offering audiences an extraordinary insight into the lives of ordinary Iraqis living through the war and its aftermath.

Presenting a unique broadcasting opportunity US based Carlton Productions is currently handling sales in the US. Negotiations for other territories are in progress.
