THE PERFORMERS
Vic Thrill [11:00pm] - Shimmying, showman Vic Thrill and his punk-electronic four piece are buzzing around the US and UK underground scenes, garnering critical acclaim from NME to the Washington Post and BBC to Fuse TV. The band drew massive crowds at an impromptu performance at The 2003 Village Voice Siren Festival.
Knockout Drops [10:00pm] - They have attracted a loyal following in New York City with their forceful on-stage performances and skillfully crafted, narrative rock 'n roll songs. Guitar Magazine said, The Knockout Drops put on exhilarating live shows with psychedelic-pop songs & theatrically entertaining performances from front man Chris Campion."
The Reverend Vince Anderson [9:15pm] - The Rev. Vince Anderson is indeed a Reverend, ordained by the Universal Life Church via an ad found in the back of Rolling Stone. He is also a gravelly-voiced singer and entertainer, whose music has been described as both Dirty Gospel and Gospel Noir.
Bigbooté [8:40pm] - Bigbooté has one simple mission: To rock harder than any other band, EVER. This punk rock outfit can be both hysterically funny and deadly serious, both sexy and ugly, both intellectual and wildly physical. Bigbooté shows have been described as uncapped insanity with no restrictions on musical style.
The What [8:00pm] Described as ...one of the best bands to come out of New York in a while" by Nylon Magazine. The What have attracted an ardent underground following in New York with their unique brand of spirited rock 'n roll.
