The conference is designed for VPs, Directors,Managers, Specialists, Officers and Coordinators of Media Relations, Public Affairs/Relations, Corporate Communication, External Relations, Stakeholder Communications, Strategic Communications, Government Relations, Investor Relations, Promotion, Branding, Marketing Communications, Industry Analyst Relations, as well as the Press.

A full day pre-conference workshop on media training will be held Monday, November 24, 2003, entitled: Media Training in Todays Age of Corporate Transparency.

Two half-day post-conference workshops will be held, the morning of Thursday, November 27, 2003. One session is on Preparing and Exercising Your Media Relations Crisis Communications Plan. The other session examines Measuring Media Relations Performance to Determine ROI and Achieve Superior Results. The concurrent workshops will be held at the Sheraton Centre Hotel in Toronto, ON.
