To test out the new program, the company intends to hire one intern every semester to start and they will aggressively market their open internships on the same level as their permanent corporate or client positions. Internship opportunities will primarily be based in the Minnesota area and the company provides a wealth of tools and resources for interns to use while on the job including web-based email access, remote office PC access from on or off campus and a virtual meeting center to host or attend company meetings online.

These remote resources give the students the flexibility they need without tying them to a desk in our offices. They can work from on campus, from home or even from the coffee shop down the street! You just cant get that level of flexibility and still keep the corporate interaction level that we can provide in other organizations these days." said a company spokesperson.

The new cool-internships program is expected to be a hit with the local Minnesota colleges and universities and the company sees increasing their level of internship involvement over the next 12 to 18 months.
