ETI President Alex Krulikowski to Speak at Virtual Machine Design Workshop

Alex Krulikowski, GD&T expert and chairman of the ASME Y14.41 Committee on Solid Model Tolerancing, will present an overview of the standard at a Purdue University workshop.

WESTLAND, MI (PRWEB) August 4, 2003 -- Alex Krulikowski, acknowledged industry expert on geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) will speak at the Virtual Machine Design Workshop Tuesday, August 5, 2003, at Purdue University. He will present an overview of the new ASME Y14.41 Standard on Tolerancing of Solid Models.

The conference objective is to develop a strategy to link analytical software under a common platform for the design and analysis of rotating machinery. One of the issues to be addressed is standardizing input / output files to facilitate more efficient linking of software.

Krulikowski established a digital tolerancing forum to discuss issues related to tolerancing of solid models.
