Life Enrichment Coaching Re-offers Popular Programs

Life Enrichment Coaching is re-offering two of its most requested teleclasses. Coach Linda M. Gaylord will host an Effective Parenting teleclass geared toward helping parents deal with daily dilemmas of raising children. Also being re-offered, her 'Say Yes by Learning to Say No' course focuses on why some people have trouble saying no and how they can become more assertive in this respect.

TAMPA, FL (PRWEB) August 4, 2003 -- PR WEB -Life Enrichment Coaching has announced that it will be re-offering two of its previously-held teleclasses. The programs, Say Yes to Yourself by Learning to Say No to Others and Effective Parenting through Extreme Self-Care, will be hosted by life and business coach Linda M. Gaylord and offer participants opportunities to learn more about themselves in order to lead more fulfilled and enriched lives.

The Say Yes to Yourself teleclass is particularly helpful for those people who have difficulty saying 'no. It will focus on limiting beliefs and prior conditioning that can lead to over-commitment and fear or worry about the consequences of saying 'no. This teleclass costs $75 and will be held for three consecutive Monday evenings (September 8, 15, and 22) from 8:00 to 9:00pm EST.

Effective Parenting is designed to help people improve their parenting skills by first examining their own commitment to self-care and personal time. The class targets specific dilemmas that many parents face on a daily basis, including assigning responsibility to your children and distinguishing between punishment and consequences. The teleclass costs $75 and will run for three consecutive Thursday evenings (September 11, 18, and 25) from 9:00 to 10:00pm EST.
