The CAPSTAR project included the redesign and building of a MMR (meet-me-room) and electrical service upgrades including an isolation bypass automatic transfer switch and UPS system. Also included was the layout design of the communications infrastructure and installation of relay racks, cabinets, and cages. Computex also furnished and installed a 1200 amp DC power plant, distribution bays and cabling, cable management systems, and CCTV/access control security systems.
