CourseForum/ProjectForum Hosting Service Debuts

CourseForum Technologies has introduced a hosting service to complement its CourseForum and ProjectForum collaboration software products.

These innovative web-based applications can help you bring increased interaction, coordination and communication to online or face-to-face courses, student groups, workgroup projects, business teams, and corporate intranets. Requiring only a standard web browser, both products are exceptionally easy to learn and use, while offering many powerful and advanced features to support effective collaboration.

While the existing server software is extremely easy to install and run on any Mac OS X, Windows, Linux or FreeBSD platform, we now offer the option of hosting the software on our servers. The new hosting service allows CourseForum and ProjectForum to be used even when a group does not have a full-time Internet connection available to host it themselves. And because we run the same software package as you can download, you can easily migrate to a self-hosted solution at any time.

To celebrate the introduction of our hosting packages, we are offering double the normal disk space allocation for all new signups.

Please see http://www.courseforum.com for details on the range of hosting packages that are available (starting at $15/month), as well as information on downloading the software yourself.
