USIEnergy, Inc. has been selected as energy-management partner for El Paso, Texas-based Hunt ELP, Ltd. and its affiliated companies, including Hunt Building Company, Ltd., and HBC Property Managers Limited Partnership.

Under the service contract, USIEnergy will provide a full scope of energy management services (EMS) to properties owned and/or managed by Hunt ELP and its affiliates. USIEnergy services will include utility invoice payments, energy reporting and analysis, rate and tariff auditing, vacant cost recovery opportunities, and commodity pooling.
