Forest Lawn to Host Free Pumpkin Decorating Contests

August, 2003 -- Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks and Mortuaries will host its annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest on October 28th at Forest Lawn-Cypress, October 29th at Forest Lawn-Long Beach, and October 30th at Forest Lawn-Covina Hills.

Children ages three to twelve years are invited to celebrate Halloween and decorate a free pumpkin while supplies last. Prizes will be awarded for best decorations, and everyone will enjoy treats and surprises. All participants are encouraged to wear costumes.
