Dataland Software announces Agenda At Once for Windows, full-featured but simple to-do and schedule software. User interface design makes organizing easier and faster, as software doesn't contain unnecessary options and keeps it simple.

Main screen includes three main areas, To-do, Schedule and Quick Notes, while software allows interactivity between them based on drag & drop features.

Tasks in To-do list are hierarchically organized, and can contain additional notes, estimated duration, deadline date reminder and task regeneration options. Also, task completion is percent based represented with clickable gauge. If task has subtasks, software automatically calculates its summary data such are duration and completion.

Schedule part covers necessary planning options, such are recurring and reminders. You can choose between several views: one day, multiple days (side by side) and summary week and month views.

Another capability is drag & drop between To-do list and Schedule. You can drag to-do task and drop it to schedule view. Application links those two tasks, so you can easily switch between them. And vice-versa, drag & drop from schedule to to-do list to postpone tasks.

Quick Notes is the simplest part of this software. Only data you need to enter is note text, and application automatically dedicates current date and time to it. You can browse through notes or you can use search option to find note that you need.

Other features include: fast database switching, password protection, to-do filters, import/export, and ability to use it from portable media on more than one computer. In addition, you can customize wide range of settings to meet your habits and requirements.
