DirectoryNET, LLC, announces new ownership and leadership

DirectoryNET, LLC., an Alpharetta, GA-based national provider of electronic and voice data services, announced today completion of acquisition and addition of new executive leadership.

(PRWEB) August 13, 2003 -- DirectoryNET, LLC., a leading provider of electronic and voice directory assistance based in Alpharetta, Georgia, was acquired August 11 by a private investment group. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. DirectoryNET will retain its name and operations will remain in Georgia.

Additionally, in July, DirectoryNET added Michael J. Musso as President and Chief Executive Officer. Since 1998, Mr. Musso has served as a Division President for School Specialty, Inc., and as President of abc School Supply, Inc., both national providers of materials and equipment for public and private schools and national childcare operators.

Prior to these positions, he served in various national sales and operations capacities for Frito-Lay, Inc, Pepsi Cola, and the Procter and Gamble Distributing Company.

DirectoryNET markets primarily to companies in the credit and collection industries, including banks, lending institutions and collection bureaus. Company officials say plans to market their product offering and technology into new channels will help them take advantage of a rapidly growing market for data and business intelligence.
