Created for professional or at-home use, Grab and Send has many uses including illustrating business email memos; illustrating problems and error messages with software and websites; and commenting on web pages, logo or brochure design during the review process. If you've ever wanted to send something on your computer screen, exactly how you see it, Grab and Send is the solution.
"Grab and Send opens up many possibilities for people interested in a screen capture product as it goes beyond the capture to offer a four-in-one solution," said Davendra Patel, CEO of 3rd Eye Solutions. "The product gives people the ability to capture the exact image they want and add comments directly on the screen. Add to that the built-in email agent which sends and saves the messages and screen attachments, and you have all you need."
Grab and Send's features are activated through 18 toolbar buttons to load and save images, manage image and comments, send messages and manage theGrab and Send outbox. When capturing the screen with a Hot Key combination, there is a choice of grabbing the foreground window or the whole screen.
When adding comments to the screenshot, the user has control over the text's font, size, colour and position. There is also a Legend feature that automatically transfers the text entered onto the screenshot into the accompanying email. When inserting arrows to add emphasis, there is a choice of arrow colour, length and position. Making edits is easy throughout the entire process.
Send and save features include compatibility with existing email accounts, so all messages sent come from the user's recognisable email address, and a personal address book so its easy to enter recipients. The Grab and Send outbox outbox saves a copy of saved and sent screenshots and emails, so they're ready to forward, resend or just serve as a record.
