Speedwear annouces the introduction of its new Speed-Dri fabric in its line of performance-enhancing apparel.

Speedwear is launching a line of performance shirts and shorts made from the Speed-Dri material. This new fabric is quick-drying, comfortable and has superior wicking properties for the athletes' comfort and style.

Calabasas, Ca. August, 2003 - Speedwear, LLC. announces the launch of its new fabric Speed-Dri in a line of action wear. This line of apparel made from the Speed-Dri fabric of 100% micro polyester is quick-drying and has the wicking properties essential to keeping athletes cool and comfortable for their highest level of performance.

Speed-Dri boasts superior wicking, transferring moisture to the surface of the material for rapid drying, it is a non-pilling, low stretch fabric which gives greater wearability versus other performance brand wear.

Speedwear choose this fabric for the drape and feel of the fabric against the skin as well as the increased performance of the fabric. The wearing of a soaked cotton t-shirt, heavy with body moisture, is outdated.

With this new line of action apparel, you can be cool and comfortable throughout the day. Speedwear president Glen Reyes, himself a former professional baseball player, says No one likes the feel of a t-shirt wet from perspiration, Speed-Dri eliminates this feel and keeps you light and feeling cooler for optimum performance".
