Ghetto Logik, the first Film Company based in South Central Los Angeles, is set to explode upon the Film Scene with their first urban focused offering entitled "Why We Bang"

Ghetto Logik Entertainment, the first film production company to do business out of South Central Los Angeles, is currently in negotiations with distributors who are seeking to represent their first offering entitled "Why We Bang"

Ghetto Logik is the creation of Cliff "Big Heat" Jordan and Orlando "Du Low" Myrick. Both ex gang members who are now seeking to bring the stories of the inner cities to a screen near you.

"We just got tired of seeing people, not from our community making so called "Hood movies" that did not really depict what our community was all about, our goal is to bring real images and real stories about real people to the big screen."

Their first effort, "Why We Bang" holds true to that mission. Why We Bang is the first and only in-depth look into Gang Culture in Los Angeles. Its as if you were in the middle of South Central, talking and walking with real gang members first hand.

Their approach was to show the gangs, their motivations and deadliness and to capture the voices of the mothers who have lost children to the violence that gangs bring. This is not your everyday fare; it is stark, real and often times scary.

From this first offering it appears that Ghetto Logik plains to keep it real yawl.
