Sidewinder N.A. Ltd. Corp., and its service mark Razorback Systems, best known for its suite of non-stop optimization and dispatch systems, has completed the acquisition of Boston-based 4Sameday.com. The acquisition of the US-based 4Sameday.com, includes all intellectual property, Internet software as well as the nationally recognized brand and database of customers.
