This integrated system will cut Mandalays paper process and drive down costs.

This integrated system will cut Mandalays paper process and drive down costs.
softWrench allows Mandalays staff to request work via their web browser. Its simple to use interface quickly captures the right information the first time so the facility department can handle the request efficiently. Requests are approved and then dispatched to the technicians via softWrench. Once the work order is completed, the dispatcher updates the completion time and any issues related to the request. softWrench is integrated with MAXIMO, the leading Computer Maintenance Management software (CMMS), so no information is lost or duplicated. This minimizes double entry of information, reducing reporting errors. MAIXMO tracks and manages preventative maintenance and detail asset information for Mandalay Bay.
