Comcast Goes with Zunch to Help Sales Force
Cable TV provider Comcast has asked Zunch Communications, Inc. of Dallas to create a website that will act as a sales tool for their local advertising sales team.
Dallas, TX, (PRWEB) August 19, 2003 --- Cable TV provider Comcast has asked Zunch Communications, Inc. of Dallas to create a website that will act as a sales tool for their local advertising sales team.
"Zunch impressed us with their obvious professionalism in Web development and their years of experience in cable and broadcast television advertising. We look forward with great anticipation to possessing a website that is the envy of others in our industry," said Paul Poydence, IS Manager for Comcast Advertising Sales.
The proposed website will promote efficient management of Comcasts sales resources, as well as provide timely information to their clients and prospects. The site will be an online media kit, with research information, sign-ups for alerts to upcoming promotions, and a calendar of upcoming events.
The President and CEO of Zunch, John Sanchez, came from a broadcast sales background, as did Zunchs Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mark Jackson. Weve been in those trenches," says Jackson, and we think we can identify and help overcome some of the very problems and obstacles that Comcast is seeking to hurdle for its sales team and account executives."
This project will be especially interesting for Mark and me," said Sanchez, Mark was with AOL Time Warner when I was lucky enough to grab him and we both have many years in local and national media sales. Were looking forward to this project."
