Wappler brings to EPCglobal 14 years of experience in staffing, with extensive background in the recruiting of engineers, designers, industrial business managers and construction/craft personnel. She was formerly employed by Skillmaster Staffing Services, Inc. for eight years; her most recent position there was director of sales and operations. While with Skillmaster, Robin helped generate millions of dollars in sales, grew an engineering staffing division and won "Sales Person of the Year." Robin also spent five years with Advantage Temporaries, Inc.; she helped launch the start up of a clerical/administrative affiliate for this company.

Robin's work with EPCglobal will focus on developing business in the national petroleum/chemicals and civil infrastructure markets, as well as the local market. She will also be employing best practices in the screening, qualifying and recruiting job candidates; working directly with EPCglobal's client companies; and managing the Houston operations staff.
