GREGOSKY PROMOTED AT THE OUTLOOK GROUP, INC.

New Office Manager Appointed

Franklin, OH August, 2003 -- Charles W. Anderson, CEO and President, The Outlook Group, Inc. today announced that Ms. Karen Gregosky has been appointed to the position of Office Manager.

Ms. Gregosky began her career with The Outlook Group, Inc. nine years ago in the accounting department and has been a mainstay with the emergent pre-need sales and marketing company ever since. As Office Manager, she will be directly responsible for the overall direction, coordination and management of the corporate office staff.

According to Ms. Gregosky, I am very excited about the Office Manager position. I hope that I can be a resource and help for all the Outlook Managers and employees with regards to the direction of the corporate office staff and all that we do".

Karen, who recently celebrated her 28-year wedding anniversary to husband Rick, and her two children Emily and Andrew reside in Middletown, Ohio.
