Kirk Weed, a chocolatier with 25 years experience in the confection industry, will show chocolate sculpting, table tempering, and shell molding.
In addition to basic chocolate making and sculpting tips and advice, Kirk will convey an understanding of how anyone can turn untempered chocolate into edible art and delectable treats, right in their own kitchen. Visitors will learn from a master chocolatier and sculptor in a relaxed atmosphere, with the opportunity to have their chocolate-making and sculpting questions answered by a professional.
