A CELEBRATED MERGER THAT CREATES THE FIRST OF ITS KIND. The Business Development & Resource Complex "BDRC", Long Island's first minority-focused Office Suite/Business Incubator has merged with Developing Stages.

Developing Stages, an independent business consulting firm and the Business Development & Resource Complex "BDRC" located in the Hempstead Village have merged their operations to form Growth Strategies Inc. or GSI. Each company has become a division of GSI and will continue providing the services they have become known for. Now, under one roof, businesses are provided with (1) a tremendous resource for business development expertise within a nurturing environment; (2) short or long-term office space and/or conference room rentals; and (3) start-up loan packaging services for programs ranging from $5,000 - $250,000.

(PRWEB) August 21, 2003 -- Lorette D. Farris, Founder and President of Developing Stages has been providing consulting and marketing services to the Long Island community since 1999. The company's clients range from the start-up entrepreneur to the Town of Hempstead with services that encompass writing business plans to raising capital, or strategizing on a concept to implementing a marketing program.

Ms. Farris holds the position of CEO and President, of Growth Strategies Inc., and is responsible for the strategic planning of the BDRC's services and its day-to-day operations.

Louis M. Eustache, CPA, Principal of L & E Business Development Corp, has renovated this 24,000 square foot, centrally located, downtown office building. The 2nd floor, over 8,000 square feet, is dedicated to the Business Development & Resource Complex - a hybrid Office Suite/Business Incubator that provides short and long-term office suite rentals for small businesses.

The first floor houses a CPA firm, full-service accounting firm, Japanese restaurant, and a fitness center. Mr. Eustache, CFO and Vice-President of Growth Strategies, Inc., is responsible for its financial management and oversight of the BDRC's financial services programs.

Through Developing Stages GSI offers cost-effective one-on-one business consulting services, a shoe string budget marketing program, and access to capital through debt or equity programs. The BDRC offers affordably priced shared services office space and hourly conference room rentals, along with various technical assistance programs inclusive of business "how-to" focused workshops, seminars and classes.

At the BDRC, businesses have access to (1) in-house business development consultants, with a variety of business and industry experience; (2) a vast pool of referral resources; (3) the opportunity to network with peer businesses and entrepreneurs through BDRC membership and other similarly focused organizations; and (4) goal focused programs designed to provide small businesses/entrepreneurs with hands on practical business training.

Wednesday, September 10th is open house for Growth Strategies at the BDRC. The Breakfast Series will host its first monthly meeting of the fall season "Fostering Small Business" from 8:00 - 10:00 am in their offices at 352 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead, NY (at the corner of Fulton and Washington).
