THE ACT. USERS GROUP OF SOUTH FLORIDA WILL HOLD NEXT MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2003
Local Consultant Will Demonstrate ACT! Bulk E-Mail Tools
Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) August 21, 2003 -- The ACT! Users Group of South Florida will hold its next meeting on Monday, September 8 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the South County Civic Center, 16700 Jog Road, Delray Beach. Admission is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. The meeting is sponsored by local ACT! consultant Karen Fredricks of Tech Benders, LLC. For further information, contact Fredricks at 954-360-9909 or by email at ugsf@techbenders.com.
At this meeting, Karen Fredricks will discuss products that facilitate the sending of bulk E-Mail using the ACT! software program. These products help overcome limitations set by local Internet Service Providers as well as to simplify the creation of an HTML template.
According to Fredricks, "More and more ACT! users want to utilize ACT! to help them with their e-marketing campaigns. However, many of those users become frustrated because they dont fully understand all that is entailed in sending bulk E-Mail. These add-on tools will allow ACT! users to send e-mail blasts without having to become HTML experts. A successful business stays in touch with their contacts; there is no better way to accomplish than through the use of ACT! and e-mail."
Fredricks has over 20 years of computer consulting and training experience in South Florida, during which time she has acquired in-depth expertise in the operational requirements of a broad spectrum of businesses. Author of ACT! 6 for Dummies, Fredricks is an ACT! Certified Consultant, an ACT! Premier Trainer and a member of ACT!s Partner Advisory Council.
She was selected to host the Fort Lauderdale stop of the national launch of ACT! 6.0, which took place in August, 2002.
