·   MT2 - .10/line @ 60 characters (including spacing), if a customer goes with their Medical Billing Service
·   MT3 -- Free if a customer utilizes customized templates and their billing services.
·   MT4 - .08/line for SOAP note transcriptions, utilizing their customized templates and not utilizing the Telfonix.com Medical Billing Solution.
