August 21, 2003 -- Sterling Management Resources, Inc. a Tampa-based professional services firm that provides specialized business support services, announced today that it has added an additional partner and expanded its services. The new offerings will include executive performance improvement, corporate governance, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, information technology, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and support services.

The company announced that John R. Hindman has joined the firm as partner to lead these new offerings. Hindman brings an extensive background with a mix of public and private companies largely in the Tampa Bay area. During his 30-year career, he has held a number of senior executive, operational and financial roles in companies such as Eclipse Networks and California-based IMRglobal (acquired by CGI), Precision Systems and Kimmins Corporation.
