Elias will be responsible for sales development throughout Virtual Silicons worldwide markets, including North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Elias has a wide base of sales expertise within the IP, ASIC and software markets. He was previously the vice president of worldwide sales at InSilicon and prior to that, served as the vice president & general manager for North America at Option International. Other career highlights include sales leadership positions at Valid Logic, Silicon Compilers, and Matra MHS. Elias holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
