Limo Rides for all Home Buyers & Sellers

In an effort to motivate home buyers, one Denver area Real Estate agent uses a limousine to bring all of his clients to showings and closings.

Don Claps a 38-year-old Realtor(R) decided to stretch his business by stretching his car first. He rightly named his company Limousine Realty after purchasing a 6-passenger limousine several months ago.

Claps said, In a slower real estate market, business as usual doesnt work so well." So he decided to do business, well, a little unusual. With his limo stocked with snacks and water, (sorry no champagne until after closing) he sets out to show clients homes of their choice.

As business grows, Claps plans to expand his realty service all over Colorado and maybe one day Nation wide.
