BEVsystems Ships Life 02 to San Francisco, Buffalo and Atlanta; Expands Distribution to Five Major US Cities

MIAMI, FL (PRWEB) August 26, 2003 -- BEVsystems International, Inc. (OTCBB:BEVI) announced today that it is expanding availability of Life O2 SuperOxygenated water into three new markets. The Life 02 product was produced last week at BEVsystems' co-packer, Water One, in Chicago and shipped to San Francisco, Buffalo and Atlanta. Shipments were also made to existing distributors in Miami and Washington, DC. Life O2 is now available in five major cities on both coasts and most of the Eastern Seaboard.

The shipments announced today are the first domestic production since BEVsystems ceased manufacturing its own product and out-sourced bottling to licensed co-packers. BEVsystems has a backlog of orders for many customers of Life 02 that have been waiting months for production to resume.

In another matter, BEVsystems today received an "E" by NASDAQ indicating that BEVI has received an "extension" of time for filing its SEC Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending March 30, 2003. The Notification for Late Filing was filed by the Company on July 1, 2003. The Company expects to be filing their 10-K before the extension expires. The Company also plans to file the subsequent 10-Q soon thereafter. These two filings will reflect changes in the Balance Sheet that are a result of the previously announced re-structuring of the Company.
