Dallas Area Employee Rights Group to Protest at Bank Of America.

The Texas Labor Champions invite you to participate in a Labor Day sign waving protest against Bank of America in Dallas, Texas. We are protesting the Bank for sending American jobs overseas. We will be protesting in concert with IT workers in Concord, CA.

August, 2003 -- Kevin Flanagan took his life after training his foreign replacement and then being laid off by Bank of America earlier this year. A large turn out is expected. People from JP Morgan Chase Bank will be joining us due to them finding out their company is doing the same thing to them.

Call Centers are a $100 Billion Business, according to PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and much of that is going abroad. Bank of America is sending hundreds of jobs overseas where our personal financial information will be available to foreign contractors.

There is more to the face of the Off-Shoring issue than that of the middle aged Euro-American Baby Boomer" who lost their nest egg to the .Com crash. People of all races, ages, along with single mothers making $14-$25 per hour are the real face of this trend.

When: Monday, September 1, 2003 (Labor Day) 8:00 AM to Noon
Where: Bank Of America
14999 Preston Rd, Ste E, Dallas, TX 75254 (972) 419-6100
