(Booth #1037) and Fujitsu Consulting, the global consulting and services arm of the $38 billion Fujitsu Limiteda, jointly announced today the launch of Analytics Assessment" at the International Call Center Management (ICCM) Conference. The new solution is an end-to-end business intelligence offering for analyzing an organizations structured and unstructured data.

The Analytics Assessment will allow a customer to analyze all of the data they have collected from a wide range of sources, including databases, text documents, faxes, emails, and web pages. This 360-degree view of the customer will be a key part of any program designed to improve customer satisfaction levels and the decision-making process. Completed typically within 60 days, the Analytics Assessment covers briefing and documentation, stakeholder interviews, analysis of new findings, and final recommendations in the form of a 12-month action plan.
