Vancouver, British Columbia (PRWEB) August 28, 2003 -- Minaean International Corp. (TSX.V: MIB) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Minaean Building Solutions Inc. ("MBSI"), of Surrey, British Columbia, known for its "Vesta Quik-Build" and "ARTISAN Quik-Build" light gauge steel construction systems, are pleased to announce that MBSI has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Power MBS Structures Inc. of Langley, B.C, a company with patents issued and pending on the MBS Isolation BeamTM and the MBS Silent Building SystemTM in both Canada and U.S.A. Both of these products are suitable for execution of large contracts in areas where Minaean is presently marketing.

The MOU sets out a framework pursuant to which the parties will work together on substantially large projects and pursue negotiations on the construction of commercial and residential housing projects in the Indian and Libyan markets. The purpose of the MOU is to form a consortium of companies to work on large infrastructure projects in India and Libya.

Separately, Minaean is currently set to complete a pilot project of 4 model homes in Jamshedpur, India. This pilot project has resulted in the Company negotiating on a further construction order in excess of $ 2 million.
