SEEKING JEWISH ANGELS

Antwerp-based movie producer reaches out to leaders of the Jewish community to raise financing for a series of feature films related to Israel. This important project provides Jewish angel investors and philanthropists with a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a high-potential business venture in the movie industry, while reaffirming their support for Israel.

Tel Aviv, Israel -- September 1 2003 -- An Antwerp-based production company is seeking to raise financing for a series of movies related to Israel directly from the leaders of the Jewish community. Though appearing as standard Hollywood productions with A-talent directors, writers and casts, the purpose of the movies is to raise the value of Israel in the eyes of worldwide audiences.

This important project provides Jewish angel investors and philanthropists with a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a high-potential business venture in the movie industry, while reaffirming their support for Israel.

Due to the significance of this initiative for Israel and Jewish people throughout the world, the producer is reaching out to the Jewish community to acquire financing for the initial phase of this endeavor.

According to spokesperson Josia Kersen, The point of the feature films is to remind todays generation of the benefits of attaining certain values that have been passed down from the beginning of time. It is very unfortunate that Israel, who is supposed to be a model for these values, is so far off track from fulfilling its true role in the world. As a consultant who is completely aware of Israels poor public image, I jumped at the opportunity to get involved in a project that would indirectly promote Israel in such an appealing package."

Rather than attempting to convey these concepts to standard film financiers, the producer is seeking to raise development funding (phase I) directly from people who are known for their support of Israel. The development funding goes toward commissioning the writing of the screenplays to A-talent, to attract high-profile directors and A-level cast. Investments in the 100K range in this stage provide a full return along with a 50% bonus on the day the movies go into production.

Beyond the worthwhile nature of this initiative that justifies investing in the development stage, the funding of the movie production stage (phase II) presents a highly lucrative business opportunity that is not usually available to people outside the movie industry. Financing the production phase provides investors with equity options that enable benefiting from any long-term revenues generated from the movies.
