The Flexitallic Group, Inc. (Flexitallic") and Cartec Sealing Technologies, Inc. (Cartec") are pleased to announce the signing of Agreements whereby Cartec becomes an Allied Distributor representing the complete Flexitallic product range in the Republic of Korea and, simultaneously, becomes a Licensee for the manufacture of certain Flexitallic products. Flexitallic products manufactured by Cartec will be sold in the Republic of Korea by Cartec and exported exclusively via Flexitallic affiliates throughout the rest of the world.
