Wicom Listed by Leading Research Firm in EMEA Contact Center Infrastructure Report
HELSINKI, Finland, September 4, 2003—Wicom Communications, the leading European provider of IP contact center and enterprise communications software solutions, today announced that Gartner Inc. listed Wicom in the Visionaries quadrant for contact center infrastructure in its July 2003 report titled, "Contact Center Infrastructure Magic Quadrant 2003 – EMEA Region." Wicom is the only newcomer listed in the report.
