Daniel Doman, CPA, Managing Director and Tom Stitt, CPA, Director of Reimbursement Advisory Services will lead the financial consulting division in Chicago, Illinois.

Doman has over 17 years of experience in health care finance and strategy and specializes in transactional and analytical services for health care providers across the nation. Stitt has over 12 years experience providing Medicare cost report and reimbursement advisory services, financial analysis and appeals work and specializes in Medicare reimbursement consulting for hospitals and post-acute providers.

Prior to joining Health Dimensions Group, Doman was the Partner-in-Charge of healthcare advisory services in the Chicago office of BDO Seidman, LLP, an international accounting firm. His most recent experience includes the development of a base line financial feasibility model for PACE providers on behalf of the National PACE Association; directing Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement advisory services and cost reporting activities for all provider types; and performing financial and strategic studies for hospitals and systems wishing to assess their post acute networks.

As Reimbursement Manager at BDO Seidman, LLP, one of the nations largest accounting firms, Stitt provided reimbursement advisory services and financial modeling for hospitals and post-acute providers. He was instrumental in developing a pro forma financial model for the National PACE Association. He is currently serving as reimbursement advisor for a number of large long-term acute care hospitals in the Chicago area.
