AdviceTrader Launches Live Advice: Touts Lower Rates Than Competitors
Leading Expert Advice Site Adds Instant Messaging Live Chat Advice Service
San Jose, CA: Sep 6/2003:
AdviceTrader has just announced the launch of a new service giving their advisors the power to provide live advice, via an instant messaging like application, to their customers for a per minute fee.
This new service allows advisors, who previously were only able to use AdviceTrader to provide advice through the web and email, to provide immediate advice to information seekers in live chat sessions.
"Previously, buyers needed to post their questions and wait. With our live chat service, buyers can now get answers immediately, on thousands of topics." says CEO, Chris Kalaboukis. "While not all of our advisors are currently offering live chat, we strongly encourage them to, as it provides their customers with immediate solutions"
The company also announced a comparison study between themselves and their two major competitors, which indicated that advisors providing live advice through AdviceTrader were paying less in commission charges (19.5% instead of 30%), getting paid faster (less than 15 days instead of 30 or more), and being paid more flexibly (AdviceTrader can payout with PayPal).
"We'd like to announce these figures because frankly, we are a better value proposition for those advisors who are on other sites and encourage them to switch over and give us a try" said Mr. Kalaboukis. "In fact, we are providing special incentives in order for advisors to give us a try"
