Instructor Bio: An eight-year veteran of the specialty coffee industry, Todd began working in one of the southeasts busiest coffeehouses, and later refined his coffee knowledge as marketing director for a coffee roaster here in Georgia. His primary goal is to help others know beans about the wonderful world of specialty coffee. Currently, he has his own business called Mocha My Day Mobile Espresso," a unique and exciting catering concept that brings the coffeehouse experience to a clients home or place of business.
