Braises, stocks and stews
Ever spent the day with a pot roast? How about a lamb shank? Were talking slow food here; time enough to read Lord of the Rings before you watch the movies. Of course, if youve already seen them, well show you some shortcuts, leaving you time to impress your friends with words like mirepoix and fait-tout. If that doesnt work, just feed them some soup!
All classes take place at Radius Restaurant and begin at 11:00 AM and end at 2:30 PM. Cost per class is $125 per person. Price includes lunch featuring the food used in that day's lesson.
