(PRWEB) September 11, 2003 -- Chief Executive Officer Tim Abare announced today that Brandon Lyons, former CEO of Lyons Capital, will assume the helm of OnCores day-to-day operations as president of the Tulsa-based organization.
Savvy and experienced, Lyons brings 12 years of senior management experience to OnCore, having served as an integral part of the 4-person executive team for Tax and Accounting Software Corporation (TAASC).
During his time at TAASC, Lyons engineered strategic plans for increasing sales, negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, and directed a subsidiary with sales of 100 million dollars. Overall, the company grew from $2M to $34M in annual revenue and from 23 employees to over 450 employees during that same period. Brandon was involved in the presentation and subsequent sale of TAASC to Intuit in 2001.
I am confident Brandon is uniquely qualified and has the experience necessary to lead this emerging organization into the future," Abare says of Lyonss appointment. He is a very valuable addition to our team."
Im excited about the potential for positive impact at OnCore," Lyons says. Its an honor to be able to contribute to such a dynamic company at this vital stage in its development."
Formerly the holder of presidential duties, Abare will move solely into a CEO role, abdicating the regular operations of the company to Lyons and turning his focus toward generating new business and laying groundwork for future growth.
