Discover The Secret To Happiness

The website www.OneHappyMovie.com launches worldwide for the documentary film "One Happy Movie." From the rich to the poor, white to black, young to old, "One Happy Movie" discovered... What makes you happy?"

ORLANDO, FL -- Upon the anniversary of September 11th four college students have done just that while traveling cross-country from Orlando, FL to New York City, NY visiting small towns, cities, businesses, churches, academic institutions, historical landmarks, and national parks during the production of a documentary film titled One Happy Movie."

The students, from the University of Central Florida and Full Sail Academy, embarked on this journey to discuss something so simple, yet rarely asked with several hundred every day individuals. From the rich to the poor, white to black, young to old, they discovered... What makes you happy?"

The student filmmakers found no shortage of happiness throughout their travel even in the nations capitol as Michael Goodman, IRS volunteer, said helping others and that sense of fulfillment" made him happy, while Lawrence Doherty artistically proclaimed music." John Bedford of Daytona Beach, stated the first time my grandson recognized me." Joseph and Barbara Derrow, Broadway, VA, described happiness as being married for 48 years." In Brooklyn, NY, great friends" made Amy Fantin happy. One Happy Movie" producer, Aaron Mighty, calls the production the greatest reason to believe in happiness."

The documentary was filmed between August 18th and August 27th during which time the student filmmakers visited 13 states interviewing over 360 individuals at more than 40 locations, some as small as a few thousand in population, such as Martinsburg, WV, as historical as Gettysburg, PA, and as large in cultural diversity and in population as New York City.

The documentary is currently in postproduction. The student filmmakers plan to share their discoveries and experience with a limited release of the documentary in select cities starting December 2003.
